It's more of Suzaku! Yay! 
And also yay, I used my scanner for this! Finally!
It's funny...I was originally going to draw Lloyd. But when I went looking through my reference files, I came across Suzaku, and was like "Hm. Scrapping Lloyd....I'll draw Suzaku instead." XD
Though at some point, I will indeed draw Lloyd. :3
I do not own Suzaku. ^^
